At Destined Beauty OC, we strive to provide high-quality services and an exceptional client experience. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
Deposits
All appointment deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are required to secure your appointment time and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the allowed time frame outlined in our Booking Policy, the deposit will be forfeited.
Service Refunds
All services are non-refundable once completed.
Due to the nature of skincare and beauty treatments, results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Because services require time, products, and professional expertise, refunds cannot be issued after a service has been performed.
Client Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can review the situation and determine if a reasonable adjustment can be made.
Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of Destined Beauty OC.
Gift Certificates and Prepaid Services
Gift certificates and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used within any stated expiration period.
