Booking Policy

To provide every client with a relaxing and personalized experience, appointments are scheduled in advance and follow the policies below.

Deposit Requirement

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits secure your appointment time and help ensure availability for all clients.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.
Please note that two consecutive reschedules will require a new non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will:

  • Forfeit their deposit

  • Be charged 50% of the service fee

  • May not be permitted to book future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
Clients arriving late may have their service shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated tardiness may result in restricted booking privileges.

Extra Guests

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment space unless arranged beforehand.

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Monday – Friday: Closed
